Ballet

Ansley has been going to ballet class every Thurs evening for the past several months. Its actually a creative dance class for 3 yr olds. The parents can watch through the window. Ansley & her classmates are so cute & fun to watch. Some days she's too tired b/c her class isn't until 6:00. Once she's there, she has a great time. I hope to get her into a morning class in the fall, when she's at her best. Her class will participate in the recital in June. I just hope I can make it since its so close to my due date. Thank goodness for video cameras! The photo is Ansely with her 2 instructors: Ms. Lauren is on the right & not sure of the assistants name on the left. Ansley just calls her Ms. Lauren too:)

Dental Exams

Ansley had her first dental exam today. She would not open her mouth for the dentist to save her life. That is until I caved under pressure. It came out of no where. I blurted out that she could get a new Barbie if she cooperated with the dentist. Wouldn't you know, Ansley opened her mouth wider than I'd ever seen! Bribery works wonders.

Nolan was very patient during the girls' exams. He got a ball to play with to keep him happy:)

Madelyn is always a champ at the dentist. She actually looks forward to going. I am happy to report that neither Madelyn nor Ansley had any cavities!

Hi

Madelyn & Ansley are really into fashion lately thanks to the movie, "Barbie: A Fashion Fairytale". They have fun picking out their clothes in the morning. I give them free reign over their closet. They'll even put on a fashion show for me if they are feeling especially fashionable, like the way they felt the day I took this photo;)

Its been a while since we have had a picture of the whole gang. Jon & I went to a party Sat night. I had our babysitter snap a few shots of us before we left. Thanks Nolan for stopping your game of basketball. Thanks Ansley for coming over to us on the 6th time time of being asked. Madelyn was game from the beginning, even picking out a clean dress for the photo.

Ansley's New Ride

Ansley got her first bike the other day! Jon showed her pictures on-line before he took her to the store. Ansley narrowed it down to her pink Barbie one & a pink & blue Disney Princess bike. Ansley did not ride it the first day. She was happy standing next to it in the garage. The 2nd day, she rode it around the culdesac. Lately, she's been riding it at the bottom of our driveway. She's gaining more confidence each day:)
